Processing Scope
BatteryReady stores tenant data for organizations, users, suppliers, battery models, compliance checklist values, evidence documents, supplier requests, passport versions, audit logs, leads, and billing status.
Subprocessors
Expected subprocessors for an EU SaaS deployment include EU application hosting, managed PostgreSQL or Supabase EU, private S3-compatible object storage, SMTP email delivery, Stripe Billing, and error monitoring.
Retention
Organizations can define data-retention targets. Lead deletion or anonymization and production retention automation remain enterprise hardening items before full production launch.
